This page contains information for senders who are having difficulty delivering email to our customers.

It is our sincere desire to never block legitimate email traffic and provide an easy format for legitimate senders to communicate and remedy delivery issues with us as soon as possible.

MX Logic does not accept any type of unsolicited bulk mail and takes all precautions available to protect its customers from malicious email and web traffic.

If you have verified connectivity to our mail servers and believe that your email traffic is legitimate and wanted by our customer, check the Bounce Message.

Bounce messages from us usually take one or more of the following four main types.  Click on the text link that best describes the error text in the bounce message that you received from us and follow the instructions outlined.

• 554 Denied (XXXX)
• Connection Refused / Deferred / Timed-Out / Connection Closed by Foreign Host
• Content - Example: “The Content Filter will not allow delivery of this message”.
• Access Control – Example: “Mailhost / Sender is on the Domain Deny List” or “Mailhost / Sender is on the Global Deny List” or “Recipient does not accept mail from XXXX”.
